CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW

The Capabilities Campaign is Oxford’s first global brand initiative and a distinctive move within the commercial real estate industry, where brand-level marketing is uncommon. Created to highlight Oxford’s competitive advantage with their end-to-end capabilities in investment, development, and management, as well as their leadership in sustainable investing and key corporate functions, the campaign represented their largest production to date. Filmed across 14 locations and producing 46 videos, it blends dynamic brand storytelling with expert-driven thought leadership, showcasing both the scale of Oxford’s platform and the people behind it.

Activated through a refreshed website, a year-long organic social program, and targeted paid media on LinkedIn and premium programmatic channels, the campaign set a new benchmark for visibility, credibility, and brand storytelling at Oxford. The paid component has now concluded, with ongoing organic content reinforcing sustained awareness. The campaign exceeded key performance targets and established a strong foundation for future brand-building efforts.

STRATEGIC APPROACH

Our strategic approach centered on delivering Oxford’s capabilities to the audiences that matter most through a tightly coordinated mix of paid, programmatic, and organic channels. We designed a distribution strategy that would maximize visibility among high-value decision-makers, reinforce credibility at scale, and create a seamless, consistent narrative across every touchpoint.

This included activating video-first storytelling, targeted media delivery, and an always-on organic presence to sustain awareness well beyond the paid flight. With three months of active data in market, we established our own performance benchmarks and used ongoing insights to refine creative, targeting, and onsite experiences.
